There is a weird phenomenon that happens sometimes. We find something deplorable until something worse comes along and then we just wish the original deplorable thing would come back. This is the only explanation for how I am feeling about Clinton lately. When Hillary was looking like the likely nominee early in the primaries I was sick to my stomach at the thought of Hillary as president. I know enough about the issues and her position on the issues to know that the direction she would take the country was NOT my way. I was vocal about my desire for the Republican nominee to be strong enough to beat her at all costs.
Now lets talk Barak Obama. This man scares me!!! In case you hadn't figured out....I consider him the more deplorable thing in my previous analogy. In the short months that I have had to get to know him and his positions I am thinking that if by some chance the Democrats were to win "oh why couldn't it be Hillary?"! Don't get me wrong I don't' believe that the Democrats will win this November but I would take a Hillary presidency over Obama any day. I find him to be so far left I would consider him more of a socialist than any candidate I have ever known.
Then today I saw this clip of Bill Clinton on the View. Is it just me or does he seem to not like Obama either? He just won't come out and say "Obama is our guy" We waffles and says how much he likes them both and then says "Yes, many democrat woman are moving over to McCain and Palin....but we can't judge their reasoning for doing this" What? If this were anyone else I am telling you I know Bill Clinton would be a strong advocate of his party's candidate. He almost seems to be a McCain supporter at the end of this....hmmm I just find it all very interesting.

You are not losing your mind! I feel like there is a small percentage of sane people in this country, and thank goodness we are two of them! I completely agree with an Obama Presidency compared to a Clinton Presidency. She is a centrist and he is an extreme leftist. He has never worked across party lines, she has occassionally. Very interesting.
I have never liked Bill Clinton... but in the past few weeks I've heard him stand up for McCain. And never really endorse Obama. And THAT makes me have a little respect for him
